Help ! How do you open book cover & Layout templates ? 2/9/2011 I can't open the book cover template or the layout templates, they don't open like other programs ? A small box opens with all these signs on top.. Cheers..Joe |

... This is great. Important to watch How to Video first, for me anyway. And no point starting the layout of your template until you have spine width. Once I have decided on my spine width I am gunna have me some fun, thanks for the template. |

... Just a thought. If we work out a dimensions for ie width - bleed+back+spine+front+bleed, and same for the height, all we need to do is create a blank page based on those dimensions - thus a template is not really required - Is this correct? |
